• For those who work from 1 to 5 years (including 5 years)....14 years,
• For those who work more than 5 years and less than 15 years....20 years,
• For those who working 15 years (including 15 years)....26 years

Annual paid leave periods for included employees are determined according to the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including the trial period. Days off do not include national holidays, public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Annual paid leave periods for inclusive employees, including a trial period:

• For those who work 1-5 years (including 5 years)....15 working days,
• For those who work 6-10 years (including 10 years)....18 working days,
• For those who have worked more than 10 years....22 working days

In 2022, absenteeism represented 26,289 calendar days, (based on the definition used) or 3.081% of the theoretical work days.
